What if there was a way to have a customer experience that doesn’t just “wow” people or give them a nice memory, but actually made your business a lot of money?

You see, every business, no matter the kind, has a customer journey with 8 distinct steps. Those 8 steps go from the customer discovering your business and being sort of interested, all the way to them becoming an enthusiastic advocate referring others to you.

Unfortunately, most business owners can’t name more than one or two of the steps in their customer journey! That’s a really dangerous thing because if you don’t understand all of the steps of the customer journey, then you run the risk of losing customers at every step along the process.

  • If you’ve ever had someone sign up for a sales appointment and then no-show, then you lost them in that step of the customer journey.

  • If you’ve ever had someone buy your product or service, but never actually use it (so they didn’t get the results they wanted) then you lost them during that part of the customer journey.

  • If you’ve ever had a customer get great results from working with you, but they didn’t RUN to google and give you five star review or refer their friends and family. Then you lost them during that part of the customer journey.

The good news is there’s something you can do about it! In fact, if you are able to create unique, personal, memorable experiences along every step in the customer journey, not only will you prevent that loss of your customers, but you will actually be able to move them from one step to the next in the journey.

That means more thrilled customers, more repeat business and more referrals without spending more money on marketing.
